Mediation
The mediation team are core contributors who work full time in other jobs The team meet online formally each week at a suitable time for the participants 3 time zones to review intended posts to be published and mediate comments.

To join the mediation team is by invitation and requires agreement of current team. Likewise removal is by majority agreement of members. To request invitation to join you should do so by first registering.
Once on board continuing obligations are to be and remain active with the team to assist with ongoing policy formulation provide editorial mediation, support to contributing blogs and ensure the policy and spirit of the blog is maintained and is always clear, fair and unbiased.
