Kitipan Kitbamroong (PhD) is a keen contributor to Performance management at the high end and also the practical grass roots level. He is Director of Sherwood Group Consulting and based in Thailand. He is also an active Director of Benox Company Ltd, who are Risk and Environmental management specialists. His working examples of performance and use of analytics are insightful. His advisory roles in International academia aid many of his clients to round out and be influencing in the big pictures and future generations of thinking for both performance and risk at all levels.
Nada Mills is a retired behavior management specialist and clinical psychologist. She achieved her initial academic education at the University of Melbourne in her home town where she grew up. In her subsequent long and distinguished career and practice and in business, her experience and standing with her peers saw her in peak body leadership roles of the industry for many years. She now lives in Perth in Western Australia and contributes under her professional name.
Ralph Eastman as a Barry Humphries copy cat dons his public persona to represent a collective of nom-de-plumes could have been. Professor Roland F. Chessman DCL is real in the flesh and blood sense, but fictional in character. Someone also writes his thoughts for him on occasions, like a movie star with doubles. His role is to add balance to make more relevant what our foolish clan of business zealots may say. As a self proclaimed protagonist luddite, his character is depicted as a travelling mentor and quick witted Professorial advisor. You will usually find him teaching at the University of Good Hope or as adjunct to the scientific faculty at the giant International Tinker Research Foundation deep in the mountains of the Ko-kup Province. His germane views, mostly mainstream divergent, are based on his life time of work with the notable Man of World Affairs Organization and the now prestigious Global University Ofhardnok.
